Delivery of Orders

Alternative Delivery Address

If you are likely to not be home to take delivery of the parcel you may enter a different delivery address, be it work or a neighbour. Most couriers will not attempt to deliver more than twice, after that they will return the item to their local distribution centre for you to collect and after a given length of time will return it to us. Note they will not refund for attempted delivery if no one is home!

Order processing

We aim to process orders on the same day during working hours,  All parcels & packets will always be dispatched the day after the order has been processed as we book the courier after the order is packed and they collect on the next day with either a 24 hour  or 3 day delivery from then, depending on courier chosen. Note for smaller packages we may use Royal Mail either 1st or second class at our discretion

Delivery Charges To the UK mainland including Isle of wight, isle of man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands & islands (note some services may not be available to all destinations).

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items added to the basket as below,
We now subsidise all postage rates and Orders over £45 are sent postage free!


24 / 48 hour Courier (next day following collection)

£3.60 - parcel up to 2kg 
£4.32 - parcel up to 5kg
£5.04 - parcel up to 10kg

£5.76 - parcel up to 15kg
£7.92 - parcel up to 20kg


3 to 5 days Courier (economy) - fully tracked & insured)

£2.07 - parcel up to 1kg
£2.80 - parcel from 1kg up to 2kg 

£4.30 - parcel from 2kg up to 10kg
£5.75 - parcel from 10kg up to 15kg



Note

Our ragwort forks or manure rakes will all only offer Hermes as delivery method as the other couriers put them in the 20kg bracket due to length.

Insurance

Cover up to £20 is included, if the value of the goods ordered is higher than this we will cover the extra cost.

Non Delivery or Damaged Parcels

Claims for missing or damaged parcels will be handled in accordance with the couriers terms and conditions regarding lost or damaged parcels and within their timescale. The time taken for them to resolve a lost or damaged parcel claim is beyond our control.

In the case of damaged parcels you MUST keep all original packaging, supply photographs of the damaged parcel and damage to the items inside and any other evidence that may be requested or you feel may be useful to us in making the claim.

For a faster resolution to an un delivered order our only option is to refund your order and we will claim from the courier for a lost parcel, do remember that the item may still arrive after you have been refunded and it will be your responsibility to return it to us or make payment if you decide to keep it.
